Gluten free garlic avocado toast

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of gluten-free bread (your choice)

• 1 ripe avocado

• 1 clove of garlic, minced

• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, green onions, fried or scrambled egg

Instructions:

Toast the Bread: Toast your gluten-free bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.

Prepare the Avocado Spread:
• In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork.

• Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

• Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.

• Add any optional toppings like red pepper flakes, green onions, or a fried egg for extra flavor and protein.
