Gluten free chicken nuggets
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Potato starch
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Egg
Doritos
Oil to bake them in.
Recipe:
Cut the chicken in bite sized pieces, add the spices to the starch and mix well. Crunch up the Doritos until they look like small cereal pieces. Whisk the egg. Heat up the oil.
Coat the chicken in potato starch, dip it in the egg and next in the crushed Doritos.
Bake until done and crispy.
