Cauliflower Gratin

Looking for a gluten free alternative to couscous, or just a change from rice and quinoa? I got this recipe from Jamie’s 15 minute meals and I absolutely love it.All you need to do is chop up half a cauliflower head and pulse in a food processor until finely blended.Place in a bowl with cling film on top and microwave for 7 minutes.It’s that easy and tastes great, here I served it with another one of Jamie’s recipes, Jools’s Favourite Beef Stew which I also highly recommend!Cauliflower gratin with Jooles's favourite beef stewIf you are looking for more creative recipes with cauliflower check out this recipe for Cauliflower Crust Pizza.
