Ten Japanese restaurant Randwick
About every fortnight my old uni flatmate and I catch up over dinner in order to suppress the withdrawal symptoms we experience from not living together anymore! When I was living over on the north side of Sydney we used to meet at Sushi on Stanley, a delicious and cheap sushi place in Darlinghurst. However when I moved over the other side of the bridge my friend suggested that we instead meet in Randwick as she knew a great sushi place there. Needless to say, we have been going to Ten Japanese Restaurant ever since.Being coeliac I have to be quite careful what I order at sushi places due to the wheat in soy sauce, oyster sauce and mayonnaise. One way to get around this is that I try to remember to take my own gluten free soy sauce with me, much to my friends embarrassment. We always start out meal with some edamame and some green tea, however more recently my friend has been getting the small udon soup to start, which in her words is amazing.

The sushi is always fresh and delicious and the service is quick.
