The Real Greek, London

One day Last summer a Friend and I were walking along the Thames Soaking up the Sunshine Looking for a place to have Lunch. Whilst Walking past The Real Greek we Noticed a Lunch Deal that Looked too good to miss. I can’t Remember Exactly What it was but it was Similar to the Current Promotion they are Running, two course meal for £10 ( you can Register for the deal here). Not only was the deal attractive but The Real Greek at Bankside has Tables outside for those (few but Amazing) sunny days. The Real Greek labels their menu items as to whether they are Gluten free, Vegan and/or Vegetarian. I love this because it takes the hassle out of working out what I can order and makes for a much more relaxing lunch! For my starter I chose the crudités (carrot, celery and Cucumber) with Hummus and Melitzanosalata (a dip made of smoked aubergine, garlic, shallots and Lemon). My crudités with hummus and Melitzanosalata was a hard decision for the main however I decided on the Falafels served with Tsatziki and paprika (I have noticed however that the Falafels are no longer Labelled as Gluten free) with a side of new Potatoes. My new Potatoes & falafels and my friends Tiropitakia (not gf)All of the food was Absolutely Delicious, very fresh tasting and Great value for Money. You will very likely find me back this Coming summer if not before!
