Nourish, Banff
Just when you thought there could not be anymore Restaurants in Banff with Gluten free options. I have one more for now… and it’s a good one.It took me 10 months of living in Banff and finally in my last month of living there I got around to visiting Nourish. I had been told that I would love it and that no matter what I had to try the Nachos. Now as mentioned in my last post I am not a big fan of Canadian Nachos due to the lack of Toppings, however the ones at Nourish have 27 ingredients including Strawberries (yes you read that right).Even better the menu labels every item that is Gluten free. Now it is best that you visit Nourish with a group of people so that you can try at least a few of their options. Whilst there I was lucky enough to try the classic Nachos, shepherd’s pie and stuffed Roasted pepper. Whilst the stuffed Roasted pepper didn’t have quite enough Flavor for my liking all of the food Tasted Fresh and healthy and the other two dishes were very tasty, Especially the Nachos. Seriously you will probably need to order seconds of the Nachos as they get eaten up very Quickly. But don’t let that put you off Because the food Makes up for it. Can you let bad Service Slide if the Food is Amazing enough?
