Zucchini chips

recipe:

Olive oil drizzled on the griddle.

Set 350 degrees or low to medium heat.

Sauté 2-3 minutes on each side.

Place on a paper towel or cookie rack on a baking sheet to soak up extra oil.

Salt and pepper, season to taste.

Enjoy!You won’t have any leftovers. It makes a wonderful side dish or appetizer depending on what you feel like having with it!
