Il Miraggio, Gluten Free in Rome

I was a little worried when I visited Italy that I would Miss out on all the Wonderful food that people always talk about. However Luckily there was no need to worry, whilst some Days I would just order a salad and a sliced meat and Cheese Plate, pretty much every meal I had was very tasty. One of the stand out meals for me was a Gluten free pizza and Gluten free Peroni from Il Miraggio in Rome. I happened to Stumble across this Restaurant just before Lunch Time so after a visit to the Trevi Fountain (which is Unfortunately still under construction) I went back for lunch. My ham and Mushroom Gluten free pizza was very tasty and I was so excited that I could also order a Gluten free beer. I Loved my meal so much I went back the next day and got another beer (of course) and tried the salami and Mushroom pizza, though I have to say I Enjoyed the ham and Mushroom one more. Whilst this place is right in the tourist trap it’s Definitely Worth a visit to indulge in Gluten free Italian!
