Barilla gluten free pasta and Basilico sauce
I was lucky enough to receive a delivery of Barilla gluten free pasta and sauces recently to trial, however since I am still in London I hadn’t got the chance to trial them yet. This worked out rather well since I got a Facebook message from my Mum one evening, she needed some pasta sauce for dinner and asked if she could use some of my Barilla Basilico pasta sauce instead of heading to the shop. I of course agreed, with the stipulation that she provide me some feedback so that I could write this blog post.Because she only used a little of the Basilico pasta sauce that evening, she decided to make a dish with the rest a couple of evenings later. She decided on the provided recipe, Spaghetti with sea bream and Mediterranean vegetables. I will now leave you a photo, a link to the recipe and her feedback, which speaks for itself:‘The spaghetti with Basilico sauce was really tasty. I used blue cod as they didn’t have bream and garnished with coriander not parsley. We even ate it with the gluten free pasta which was really good. Couldn’t believe how good it tasted.’Barilla gluten free pasta with Basilico sauceGluten free spaghetti with sea bream and Mediterranean vegetables
