3 Ingredient Gluten Free Banana Pancakes
These pancakes are so easy and are delicious for breakfast, lunch, dinner or event dessert. You can top them with whatever you like; strawberries and yogurt, honey, Nutella, almond butter…And they are so simple.All you need to do is whisk 2 eggs, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a mashed banana (the riper the better as it’ll add more sweetness). Then fry with a little butter on one side. When ready to flip place it under the grill for a minute or so as that way it wont break when you flip it… and that’s it!
