Spatchcock with white wine, lemon and rosemary

With the spatchcock I received from Game Farm I decided to cook something reasonably simple and let the flavours of the bird come out. I therefore decided on the recipe from Game Farm’s website, spatchcock with white wine, lemon and rosemary. The recipe was simple and quick to prepare and the flavours were delicious. Before receiving my package from Game Farm I had never considered cooking with any other bird except chicken (and turkey for Christmas). It was great to experiment with something new and I would love to cook with spatchcock again. To find out where to buy Game Farm’s spatchcock or for more recipes check out their website here.Spatchcock with white wine, lemon and rosemarySpatchcock with white wine, lemon and rosemaryIngredients Method
